Full portfolio and authorship rights remain with the original creators credited below.\n\n\nIn 2021 Shillington Education needed a manifesto: their brief was rooted in energy, attitude, and a strong point of view. Being a manifesto format, it was the perfect opportunity to build something straightforward: less about explaining, more about the feeling.\n\nThe art direction was intentionally direct, fresh and colorful, and André used motion as a way to amplify the film's tone and rhythm rather than show off. Design and animation evolved together in After Effects, making it possible to test how type, layout, and movement could interact with each other, in a way that felt meaningful and dynamic in a way that was organic because the project was done without a proper Storyboard phase. \n\nThe close collaboration with the Shillington team, fluid and responsive, helped to preserve bold design choices & snappy animation. After delivery, the piece was adapted to cut downs, as well, an array of additional formats, for both paid and non-paid media\n\nProjects where a client trusts the process and gives space for ideas to evolve are always rewarding, and Shillington did exactly that. The result?
