1.0 video FrameRate https://framerate.tv Calibre Films brought me on board to create the screen visuals for a Fan Fest venue in Mexico City during the 2026 World Cup: one animated piece for each of the 48 competing countries. With a tournament schedule that moved fast, the challenge was building a system that could produce 48 pieces consistently and quickly. I built it as a procedural setup in Cavalry, where country names, text and color palettes swap from data, so every version kept the same quality and could be updated on the fly. This video shows the system across the different countries. Seeing it hold up under the pace of the tournament, and the work live on the venue screens, was very satisfying.
