1.0 video FrameRate https://framerate.tv For Carols by Candlelight at Expo City Dubai, I created two immersive visuals for Al Wasl Plaza: Sugarplum Land and Toy Factory. Designed for the large-scale dome environment, the pieces supported the event’s festive atmosphere with dreamlike 3D worlds built around warmth, wonder and seasonal magic. Creative Director Jaanus Vann provided AI-generated styleframes for the two themes. Sugarplum Land was refined, rebuilt in 3D and adapted to the technical and spatial demands of the 360-degree projection surface. Toy Factory required a more extensive redesign, which I carried through design, 3D creation, lighting, character work, animation, 13K optimization and final delivery. Designing for a 130-metre-wide dome and more than 25,000 square metres of projection surface meant every visual and technical decision had to be planned carefully.
