Clean, flat data graphics are interrupted by highly textural 3D elements, giving abstract information a more physical presence. klee.steinberger developed the 2D visual system. My role was to create the missing 3D layer, build the tactile material elements and integrate them with the flat graphic language so the data could feel more physical and engaging. By combining raw materials such as coffee, plastic and pulp with symbolic machine-building elements and stylized hand interactions, the data becomes a material story of environmental impact, creation and transformation.
