1.0 video FrameRate https://framerate.tv 1978, the assassination of Yusef Sebai, the hijacking of Cyprus Airways DC-8 at Larnaca Airport, Cyprus. An Egyptian Air Force C-130H was flown in, carrying 74 commandos. The Egyptian forces then stormed the DC-8. Cypriot forces returned fire, killing several Egyptian troops. Anti-tank missiles were fired, hitting the C-130. Explosions wrecked the C-130H Hercules. I remember my dad always telling me stories about these events and this inspired me to bring this picture to life. I could not identify the photographer...
