1.0 video FrameRate https://framerate.tv Gloat - Storytelling in Motion Gloat, a HR-lead platform redefining how companies manage internal talent, approached us to translate their product into a energetic and engaging video. With full creative freedom from the start, we developed the narrative and visual direction from the ground up. Early alignment with client allowed us to push a storyboard and establish a strong design foundation for the film. All screens were illustrated in vector format with gradients, enabling flexibility throughout production. The approach allowed us to refine textures, lighting, and shading directly in After Effects, keeping the workflow efficient while maintaining a high level of visual detail since the video already asked for effects that make the project heavy and hard to change on later stages. We made sure to have enough time in the animation stage so that every shot felt with the right timing and expressiveness. The end result is a film that it combines storytelling, bold design approach and meaningfull animation.
